A Resolution is the end product of the collaboration and deliberation between Citizens of the XRepublic. It is a statement of position, opinion or policy related to an issue of interest to the Republic. A Resolution must be tied to a Master Topic. There may be competing Resoltions covering the same material or issue. One's position on any resolution has no bearing on that of another.
